For Those Interested in Church Membership

Our goal, as a congregation is to restore the practices outlined in the New Testament in all areas of Church life. We practice only the original form of baptism. Which is immersion, for the remission of sins. We also observe the partaking of the Lord's Supper on the first day of every week as described in the New Testament. Our only guideline is the Bible and our Head is the Lord.

We invite everyone to worship and study God's Word with us at the services of our congregation. At the close of each worship service an opportunity is given for anyone who has decided to accept Jesus Christ as their personal Savior to come forward and make that decision known.

At that time, you will be asked to give your confession of faith, "I believe with all my heart that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the Living God". Then you will be baptized, by immersion, for the remission of your sins. Again, following New Testament precedence this will be done immediately or as soon as possible.

If you are already an immersed believer in Christ and a member elsewhere and wish to become a part of our congregation, you do not need a Church letter of transfer. Just make this known to us. As an example, to those in attendance you will also be asked to repeat your confession of faith. (We will write your Church for you and request that they update their records, if you desire.)

If you are a member of a congregation elsewhere but have not yet been baptized by immersion or for the remission of your sins, we will ask you to repeat your confession of faith. Then you will be baptized, by immersion, for the remission of your sins. Again this will be done immediately or as soon as possible.

We would be honored to minister to you and your family in any way that we possibly can. And we invite you to join us as we study God’s Word together so that we may be drawn closer to God and each other. And as we seek to reach the world for Christ one soul at a time and to glorify God in all things.

"To God be the glory - great things He hath done!"
